The Knowledge Base and Spaces work together. Keep equipment notes in a Podcast collection, for example, then add that collection to the Space where you plan your next recording.
All of these live in your local browser profile. Signing in does not back them up to the cloud, so download important files before you clear extension data or change devices. See Data and privacy.
