Replay

Replay saves a supported run’s actions or extraction setup so you can run it again. Use it for work you repeat on the same site or page layout.

Save a supported run

When a task finishes, use its Replay save action if it offers one. Give the item a title you will recognize and review what it saved.

The save dialog may offer Replay, Skill or Both. Replay adds an item to the Replay library. Saving it as a reusable Skill gives that workflow a command, and the dialog shows the command to use.

Some runs cannot be saved as Replay, including some that use code, depend on temporary files or include tab-management steps. If the save action says a run is unsupported, keep its materials in a Space and start a new task from there.

Run it again

  1. Open the toolbar’s Tools menu and choose Replay.
  2. Find the saved item and review its starting page and instructions.
  3. Select Run replay and fill in any inputs it asks for.
  4. Watch the run and check the result.

For a saved extraction, open a page with the structure it expects. Check the new rows before you use or export them. After a site changes its layout, an older extraction setup may no longer fit.

A replayed run can still use AI or a connected service, or ask for your input. AI and service charges apply each time it uses them.

Edit a workflow

From the item’s menu, choose Edit title & description or Edit agent/workflow. The workflow editor offers Manual and Smart edit.

Free has separate limits for Smart edit requests and workflow runs. See Plans and credits.

Review the changed steps before you save. To keep the earlier version as its own item, choose Save as copy. Test the copy on the intended site before you rely on it for repeated work.

Schedule a Replay

Supported browser workflows offer Set as scheduled task. Before you create it, check the starting page, inputs, schedule and Unattended action authorization.

A workflow that asks for input while it runs cannot run unattended. Saved extraction Replays on their own cannot run on a schedule yet. Use the schedule action only on items that offer it.

Scheduled tasks covers when the browser needs to be open, missed runs and run history.

If a run stops

Look at the failed step and the current page. A sign-in, a changed layout or an unavailable service may need your help. If the workflow already wrote to a website or app, check the result there before you restart it.

A saved Replay lives in this browser profile. It repeats work and does not back up everything a task used, so keep important outputs as downloaded files.
