Plans and credits

All plans include the browser, Knowledge Base, Spaces and automation features. Plans differ in credits and usage limits, and advanced Starizon-hosted models require a paid plan. A connected service may also need its own account or subscription.

See Pricing for current prices and purchase options.

Included credits

Every account starts with 200,000 one-time sign-up credits. Subscription and Lifetime purchases add credits:

PlanIncluded credits
FreeThe one-time sign-up credits. No monthly refill.
Basic3,600,000 credits per monthly credit cycle.
Pro12,000,000 credits per monthly credit cycle.
Lifetime5,000,000 credits, once. No monthly refill.

Basic and Pro credits reset at the start of each monthly credit cycle, and unused monthly credits do not roll over. Annual billing still runs on monthly credit cycles.

Sign-up credits, Lifetime credits and purchased top-ups stay until you use them. Lifetime is a one-time account purchase. Its included credits do not refill each month.

Credit usage

Credits pay for Starizon-hosted model requests and Starizon services such as built-in web search, app actions and email alerts. A task’s usage depends on the model, how much material it reads and the actions it takes.

Starizon may use a model or service several times to finish one request. Replay and scheduled automation also use credits when they use these services. Your account shows the remaining balance, and a task shows usage messages as it goes.

Limits are separate from the credit balance

Free limits how many tasks you can run, even if you have credits left. These limits also apply when you use your own API key.

Free plan limitDailyMonthly
AI tasks you start in chat using the tools below20100
AI tasks you schedule using those tools2060
Agent S6 browser steps2002,000
Hosted AI steps in unattended workflows5005,000
Workflow Replay runs1036
Extraction Replay runs1036
Replay Smart edit requests1036

A request using bookmarks, Knowledge Base, tab organization, AI highlights, extraction, apps or browser automation counts toward the AI task limit. Combining those tools in one request counts as one task. Using /extract on its own counts as half a task.

Scheduled Agent runs count toward their scheduled limit first. If you reach that limit, they can use any chat tasks you have left.

Ordinary conversation, page reading, web search, MCP and manual highlighting do not count toward the AI task limit on their own. Model and Starizon service charges still apply.

Agent S6 browser steps also have their own limit. The hosted AI step limit does not apply to unattended browser workflows using your own model key.

Some Free limits are shared by accounts using the same extension installation. Check the message to see which limit you reached.

Basic, Pro and Lifetime remove these daily and monthly task limits. Credit balances, service charges and limits such as active schedules still apply. See the plan comparison for other limits.

Free allows two active scheduled tasks and two active monitors, counted separately. Basic, Pro and Lifetime allow twenty active schedules and monitors in total. Pausing a task frees an active slot. Deleting it also removes its saved setup.

Free also sets minimum recurring intervals. Scheduled tasks lists them and explains how they apply.

Your own model and search providers

With your own model API key, that provider bills you for model requests. Starizon’s built-in search, app services and email alerts still use Starizon credits when you use them.

If you set a custom web search provider as the default, that provider handles those searches under its own terms. Model keys and search keys live in separate settings. See Models, API keys and web search.

Add credits or manage billing

AI Credits is an optional one-time top-up for Basic, Pro and Lifetime accounts. It adds credits and keeps your plan as it is. Review available purchases from your signed-in account’s billing controls or on Pricing.

If a purchase does not show up, check that the website and the extension use the same Starizon account, then reopen the account view. If it still looks wrong, email support@starizon.ai with the purchase reference. Leave card details and sign-in credentials out of the message.
